How do I apply for a Cell Phone Contract?

In order to apply for the cell phone contract you will need to download and fill out the relevant application form. Once the application form is completed and returned to us we will evaluate your application and get back to you.

Cell Phone Contract Criteria

In order to qualify for a Cell Phone Contract from Raziwize you will need to be between the ages of 18 & 65, must be a South African citizen and permanently employed for more than 2 months with you that company.

We require a clear copy of your South African ID, 3 months bank statements showing at least two salary deposits and your latest pay slip.
